It all started as a daunting mission by Coach Lei Want

It’s that time of the year once more… May always brings back the memory of Mount Everest.

This year is the 11th anniversary of my Everest summit.

Inspired by the film "Touching the Void," I had a daydream about climbing Mount Everest in 2004. And, growing up in Beijing as an unathletic book nerd, I never saw myself scaling this mountain one day.

Almost everyone on my team felt I was the least likely to succeed when I finally started hiking towards Everest Base Camp six years later. I was the group's smallest, weakest, and slowest member. Regardless, I was the only woman on my team who made it to the top. Just 16 people out of a total of 25 made it to the top.

Everest was, without a doubt, an impossibility when it was first attempted.

Since returning from Everest, I've been thinking about the most important lessons I learned there.

In our Lead a Day Club Program we ask you to spend just 28 minutes a day generating (or better yet FOLLOWING UP ON ) a Buyer or Seller lead.
 
For those of you that want to earn 6-7 figures a year, this is time well spent. I challenge you today to find 14 leads to follow up on for 2 minutes each. Just DO IT>
 
If you just do this as a hobby or are just dabbling, then don't worry about it... ( JJ )

Planning June makes the 1st half of the year end strong
AND preps the 2nd half for a kickstart!

LAD 28 Minute ACTION

Today you complete yesterday's exercise.

You now know the 3 sources you chose and make 1 contact in each yesterday.

Today create a plan that will take you less than a few hours a day to implement in June.

First - Get your calendar out and write down each day you plan to work the plan. If you are taking a trip or a long weekend, great. Just don't plan to do this work on those days.

Next - Look at all the ways you can contact these sources. Over the phone? Via social media? By text? Mail? Offering info for a landing page form fill-out? In-person at their door (if you or they feel comfortable)?

Finally - Create a simple plan to follow with each source and each method of contact.

Yes, you can do all that in 28 minutes today. Don't over-complicate it. Keep it simple.

Think about this. If I said: I'll send you $1000 at 5 pm today if you've found anyone not already listed who wants to sell and probably could...OR anyone not in a buyer broker agreement that wants to buy and probably could.

Could you do it?

My bet is, that for $1000 cash at 5 pm today, you most certainly could. And would.

What if I told you that for every 10 leads that YOU generate (not bought ones), on average, you will close a deal? Is that plausible?

What is your average commission?

If it's $10,000, that one lead you got today... it was worth $1000.

Spend 28 minutes today calling every past client you can fit in. Just say hello, ask how they are doing, and ask if you can help them with anything. Offer interest rate information, market data, a vendor they may need. Just be there.
