YOU ARE POWERFUL. Your words are powerful.

Spend 8 minutes thinking of positive adjectives you could use in conversations with potential buyers and sellers. Write down as many words as you can think of to positively describe those heroes on their journeys.
 
NOW
 
Spend the rest of your 20 minutes using those words in conversations with Leads you have. At the end of each conversation, ask those Leads who else they might know you can help.
 
Example:
Hi John! I was just thinking about you and Jenny and how incredibly courageous you two are brilliantly using this opportunity in your lives to move up from that perfect little starter home you bought 5 years ago into an even better home #2 while rates are still low! You two are really showing the world how smart you are to make this move now! I bet you have other friends that should be doing this too and are just waiting.

Top earning Agents tend to do the Same Actions day in and day out. What routine do you have?
If you don't have one, start with just 45 minutes a day planned.

A few weeks ago, we asked you to stretch. That unless you were on track for Goal (for the week, month, year) that you were to do MORE than 28 minutes of Lead Gen.

Today's action is to Prepare 40 flyers and knock on the 40 doors around the best recent sale you've had in an area you want to duplicate (not the 20 miles away from one...). (You can do this and still social distance while wearing a mask.)

Today's 28-minute Lead Generation idea is to Sponsor a Contest.

Contact your local non-franchised diner, restaurant, or gym and talk with the owner/ manager about hosting a contest. Offer to pay for a free month of membership, a meal, or some other item in exchange for being able to collect cards or information sheets in a fishbowl or better yet, a Raffle Box.

You could also do a flat-screen tv (they’re cheap now) every quarter (or something else large like that) for all entries each quarter. The owner may even Co-Sponsor it with you!
