They stick with their vision, adjusting their strategy, while remaining persistent. They seek out and are willing to receive appropriate support.

Today's 28-minute Lead Generation idea is to be willing to look at Obstacles in your business. Perhaps a listing that is not selling.Or a buyer who can't find a house.

And DECIDE to turn it into an opportunity.

USE the obstacle to prospect for a solution.

For 28 minutes look for support in getting past the obstacle and in fact, gaining a lot of new leads in the process!

Example: Listing is not sellingWrite it down. Look at it from lots of directions.

Some Action Ideas to turn into an opportunity: Call your favorite SOI and ask to send them a link to the listing from MLS to get their feedback assessment of the words and pictures you are using to market. OR Call everyone in the neighborhood you can get a number for and ask for their feedback. OR the better creative Idea you came up with from LOOKING.

Example: Buyer has nothing to choose from. Write it down. Look at it from lots of directions.

An Action idea to turn that into an opportunity: Same as above but looking for a house for them this time.
