LAD 28 Minute ACTION

I know, it was yesterday, but today's the next business day and it's time to LOVE on your Vendors! 

Look at the Vendors asking you for business all the time.

Identify which ONE (just one) of these vendors would support you FULLY in achieving your Goals.

Today's action is to write out ONE simple 3-month goal to share with that Vendor. Then call them to set a coffee or lunch appointment (via Zoom is fine) to meet with in the next week.
 
Tell them you want to share an important 3-month goal with them and that you also want to support them in a 3-month goal too. Ask them to be ready with their goal and that the purpose of the meeting is to see how the two of you can support each other.
 
Four Simple 3-month goal examples:
 
1) Add 50 new potential or current buyer/seller leads to my Database.
2) Sell 1 new Buyer or take 1 new Listing a month over the next 3 months with someone who is not currently in my Database.
3) Contact every member of my PC/COI/Lead Database (two-way communication) with something of value… like INTEREST RATES!!!! follow up with a personal piece of mail (not email.)
4) Do evening prospecting one night a week for 3 months.
THIS MAY RESULT IN A LEAD TODAY… OR IN THE NEAR FUTURE!
