Christmas time is another great time to say THANK YOU to the following groups. Book time to do them all and start now with one of them in your 28 minutes today:
1. Your Vendors - Thank you for all your hard work this year. I truly appreciate it. And I'd be honored to work with you again next year as well as provide MY services to someone you know and love... it would be my honor. Who can I help you with?
2. Your Past Clients - From this year and EVERY YEAR you have data for before this year. CAVEAT: They need to be someone who can do repeat business with you... or could refer someone to you. If not, contact them if you want to outside of work... but the WORK is about those that can do repeat or referral.
3. Your Staff, Management, and Broker - Say thank you, tell them something you appreciate about them, and perhaps give them a little gift of appreciation.
4. Other People who serve you Personally - Like your financial adviser, accountant, hairdresser, dry cleaner, house cleaner, etc. These are great people to write a note of thanks to... and put some of your business cards in the envelope for their wallets (TELL THEM TO PUT THESE IN THEIR WALLET... or they'll go in the trash). If you give holiday gift cards be sure to do it hand them out NOW rather than waiting.
