Today's 28-minute action is to simply contact all outstanding leads. You have them sitting there… have the courage to follow up on them. Start with those that came this month and work backward to the start of this year. One of our Coaching Clients did this exercise the first 2 weeks of October and has 5 listings coming on the market by the end of the month.
If you have no leads, contact your existing listings and sales and just check-in and be a calming force... and ask in closing if they know anyone you can be of service to.
If you have no listing or sales, contact past clients.
Remember that yes, we are looking for business today, but we are ALSO looking for business for the future. The work you do this quarter will pay off most likely in Jan-March 2021.
