Too many agents lately are telling me they lost a listing or a buyer to a competitor who was charging less. This isn't about getting a lead, it's about not LOSING one to a competitor just because you are unaware and don't have a plan of your own.

Today's 28-minute action requires you to look at your local business closely. Tell the truth about what is reality. Big competitors are offering things unheard of before. Flat fee or very low listing fees with high-priced services. It's not "just stick it in the MLS." Buyers are being offered rebates from an Agent's commission.

How much of this is happening in your market?

How do "they" do that and stay in business? (Hint: They aren't stupid... and they aren't going away anytime soon.)

How can YOU compete so YOU are the one winning that listing or buyer/broker agreement?

How can you streamline your business so you can offer more (or less) services to compete?

What are the majority of agents offering as a Buyers Agent Co-Broke %?

Get KNOWLEDGEABLE and decide what you need to do to compete. Warning: Don't create a plan that you lose money on... create one that works for both YOU and the Client.
