October is the month to put the gas pedal to the floor and GET IT DONE!

LAD 28 Minute ACTION

Simple 28 minutes today:

Contact every Expired listing from this year in your own neighborhood or the 2 or 3 around yours. Talk to them as the neighbor who sells houses.

Did their problem change? The problem that caused them to list before? Probably not.

Offer to come by and go over their old listing with them... offer to give them 3 or more tips on what you would do differently if they listed the home again later (better pics, different wording, better list of items included, the addition of neighborhood amenities).

If you don't reach them, leave a copy (on your way home) of their listing marked up with suggested improvements on the next time you try to sell. Leave your contact information saying you have

Your job is to get a LEAD today. My bet is at least one of them becomes a Lead.
