LAD 28 Minute ACTION

List every member of your Team. Broker, Manager, Office Staff, your personal staff, your vendors, your friends, and your family that truly want to help you succeed.

How many on the list?

If each referred one person to you between now and the end of the year, how many deals would that be?

Are you willing to say to those on the list:

  1. I am grateful for YOUR part in my career.
  2. I appreciate your past and future support.
  3. Is there anything I could help YOU with now? (If appropriate:) Happy in the current house? Want to know the current value (CMA offer)? When do you think your next move will be? Questions about market trends on prices/rates? Thinking about buying an investment home? - Handle those that they want...
  4. Wanted to take a minute to wish you a happy fall/winter and want you to know I'm here for you... or someone you know anytime. Again, I so appreciate your support of my business.
  5. Hey, could you do me a big favor and keep your ears open for someone I can help? I'll mail you a few business cards to have on hand that you can keep in your wallet. I'd truly appreciate that. I would love to help a few more people before the end of the year.

Spend 28 minutes or so today on this... and I'd encourage you to actually do this one until you get through your whole team. If not all today, commit to finishing up everyone on the list over the next few days.

We've listed and sold several vendor rep's houses and helped more than one of their kids or niece/nephew buy homes. We have 1 vendor that has purchased SIX investments through us too.
