Know WHO You Want to Work With and Where to Find Them

If you are fuzzy or “open to anything” then that’s what you get. Fuzzy people that want anything and everything everywhere all over the place.
You may want to create a checklist to stay clear on what your standards are.
How clear are you on a Scale of 1-10 in terms of:
IDEAL Area you are willing to focus on to the EXCLUSION of other areas.
How far away from your home base are you willing to go? Where is your primary farming area?
IDEAL Qualifications
Are your buyers willing to get pre-approval before you start showing them homes? Will your sellers listen to you about listing their property?
IDEAL Source of the Business (Personal Referrals TRUST you = Ease and Grace)
Where to you want to concentrate on getting your business? From past clients and their referrals or pay and chase for empty leads?
IDEAL Minimum Commission on any transaction.
What price point do you need/want to be at? Where are those homes and clients?
When you know what you want the Universe knows what to put in your Path.
Now that you have narrowed it down and clear who is your ideal client, it’s easy to find where your leads are:
- Are they in the Community Clubhouse?
- Are they volunteering for the Local Zoo?
- Are they at your church or other place of worship?
- Are they on Facebook or Linked In or Instagram or Tik-Tok or some other place online?
- Do they communicate by email, phone call, text, mail, social media messaging or What’s App?
When you find out, cut out all the other stuff and just go there… Where YOUR TRIBE is. And hang out on the branch with them.
Show your Tribe you’re working for them. One of the best ways to show your Tribe you are working is to Congratulate a member of your Tribe on a Success. While SOMETIMES It’s they bought/sold a home or investment, it may be a New Job or New Baby. Offer sincere congratulations for big life events and your Tribe will associate you with those.
