As we work together to sell or buy your home you will become aware that there are two types of people involved: Pros and Amateurs. I'm not proud of the amateurs because either through a lack of experience or an ulterior motive they may stretch legal and ethical practices to get their way. Pros like me do the opposite, we tell you the truth and let you make the best decision possible for yourself.
So please be comfortable having a secret code between ourselves. When we are involved with the different people in the transaction I will say simply amateur or pro and we will both know what that means.
