Pro or Amateur?
As we work together to sell or buy your home, you will become aware that two types of people are involved: Pros and Amateurs.
I'm not proud of the amateurs because either through a lack of experience or an ulterior motive, they may stretch legal and ethical practices to get their way.
Pros like me do the opposite; we tell you the truth and let you make the best decision possible for yourself.
So please be comfortable having a secret code between ourselves. When we are involved with the different people in the transaction, I will say simply amateur or pro, and we will both know what that means.
