Spend 5 minutes writing down Every Action you plan to take today.

Timer on, start writing:

Read daily LAD and work it for 28 minutes.
Read and answer emails.
Eat lunch.
Take a walk.
Exercise at the gym.
Make dinner for my family.
Put the trash out by bedtime.
Bring in the mail.
Pay outstanding bills for this week.
Work on my website.
Call my leads.
Write and send out my email Newsletter.
Work on a flyer.
Check on my deal under contract
Show a buyer.
Contact Past Clients I haven't talked to in more than 6 months.
And so on and so on.
