LAD 28 Minute ACTION

Today for 28 minutes pick ONE part of your Lead Generation plan and do it. Just DO IT. No thought. No opinion. No limiting belief. Just do it.

Don't have a plan? 

Then contact all the for rent AND/OR for sale by owners within a few miles of your office/home office and ask if they rented/sold over the holidays. Be cheery! It’s a simple question. 

FRBO's are often frustrated expireds or fsbos, so that's why you. contact them too.  "Have you though of selling vs renting?"

OUR team sold 2 homes between Christmas and now. Did you sell a few too?  If not, perhaps you haven't reached out to anyone. So start today. Homes ARE selling. 

If they did not sell, ask if they are willing to meet and allow you to offer your professional opinion about why they did not sell when other homes.  No stress. No obligation. Just a conversation. 

Use US as an example unless your team did even better! “A Team I am a member of sold 2 homes between Christmas and now, so houses ARE selling!"

Be bold. The worst they can say is "no" or "not yet". 

No matter what they say, add them to your database if they aren’t already in there for follow-up and try again in another week or less. based on your conversation.  Make a commitment to follow up with them until they list or close a sale (not get under contract because FSBO's fall out of escrow a LOT!) 

HAPPY NEW YEAR! Start it right. — Go get a lead. Go get an appointment. Go see some homes. 

PS -  If you don't have any fsbos or frbos or just can't make yourself do this, then contact 10 friends, wish them happy new year, say you are back and work and ask who they know you might be able help.
