For 28 minutes you are to contact ONLY people that love you.
Express the joy you had in working with them, or in being a friend or family with them. No need to ask for business. Just tell them you are calling from work and just thought of them and wanted to say how much joy they bring to you.
BONUS: Follow each conversation with a notecard saying how nice it was to chat and you'd love to help someone they might know that needs you and to pass your card if they think of someone.
