Today's 28-minute Lead Generation idea:
Send as many personal texts in 28 minutes that you can fit in. That's it. YOU MAY BE THE COACH they are being a demand for right now! All you have to is "show up."
Who to text and what?
- A vendor who did a good job.
- People who came to your open house recently.
- Any hot lead you have with SOME bit of information.
- The tech at the salon who mentioned they might be thinking of buying a home.
- The FSBO who was nice.
- The Expired who seemed frustrated.
