Today's 28-minute action is to create ONE system.
One tiny system that you do every single workday, without fail. What is SO SMALL yet has SO LARGE potential impact?
Choose one from the list below or create your own. CREATING this system once will take 20 minutes... however, this "system" should not take more than 5-10 minutes a day. Yes, this small. So, it's EASY to do it each day. Feel free to create longer more complex ones later. But not now.
3 System Choices to create today:
Contacting 1-2 Past Clients. (should take 3-5 minutes per contact)
Contacting 2-3 Active Leads. (takes a bit more time per contact)
Contacting 3-4 "Later" Leads. (takes little time per contact)

Identify where you will be when you do it. Exactly.
How you "pull them up"? Step by Step.
What you will say to them to start the conversation? Write it down in your words.
How you will record what you say? The notes, where will they live (hopefully in the same place you "pull them up").
How you schedule the next contact? (hopefully in the same place you "pull them up").
When to "do" the something you promise (if you promise something) during the contact?
Note: Fulfilling the promises you make is not to be done during you working the 5-10minute daily system but AFTER you finish.
