Are you working from home today? Do you have neighbors you could call and offer a CMA on your neighborhood? "Hey, it's Donna from next door... I was running comparable sales in the neighborhood and ran off an extra copy so thought I'd drop it off ... Don't you just LOVE this neighborhood? See here... there are 4 homes available nearby... look at those prices! I'd love to get a new neighbor moved in. Know anyone that might want to move nearby? Friends? Family? Co-workers? Well, just in case you think of someone, here's my number and email. I'm always available for a neighbor for any question, so don't hesitate to ask! Have a great rest of your day!"
