LAD 28 Minute ACTION

You can hit 40 doors in 28 minutes. We know. We've done it.

Today's action is to Prepare 40 flyers and knock on the 40 doors around the best recent sale you've had in an area you want to duplicate (not the 20 miles away from one...). (You can do this and still social distance while wearing a mask.)

If you don't have a listing, see if you can get the OK to knock around an office sale in an area you like.

The conversation might go like this:

“We (or I, or My Office) just put a home under contract for sale over on 1234 Main Street in our neighborhood. We had over 4000 people view it on Zillow and 15 showings in the XX days it was on the market (use the actual numbers).

So now I/we have a new problem! There’s a lot of demand here for homes as you can tell from those numbers... and I'm reaching out today to all the neighbors to just check... Do you know of anyone thinking of selling this year in the neighborhood?

By the way, what is the reason you love living in our neighborhood?
