LAD 28 Minute ACTION

Set your timer for 5 minutes and use it to think about how good you WANT to be at your job.

Imagine it vividly. You are a knowledgeable, professional, persuasive salesperson in the service of helping others past the Border between what they want...and their reality.
 
Helping them see past thoughts that stop them from doing what they need to do to reach their goals of buying or selling.

Spend the next 23 minutes contacting people from your "recent calls" on your cell phone.

Simply go to "recent calls" and look at who called you if they are in your contacts, or just dial numbers if there is no name. It's really easy. Sort of like phone roulette, but focused on RECENT contacts! 
 
If it's a call you missed, start the conversation with "Hey, I missed a call from you/this number (today/yesterday/last week/last month) and I wanted to check to see if it was important!"
 
If it was someone you talked to, start the conversation with what you spoke about before. In all cases, talk to them about real estate in some way (see suggestions below) and end the call by offering to do something for them!
 
TAKE NOTES. After your 23 minutes are up, we recommend you immediately do what you said you'd do when you talked to these people! Take notes so you don't forget.
 
Suggestions to mention real estate:
 
1. Mention a listing you have or you've seen recently. With detail and enthusiasm! And then ask if they know anyone that might be interested in it.
 
2. Mention a buyer you are (or will be) working with and what they want to buy. Ask if they know anyone that owns a property like that who you could talk to, to see if they may want to sell.
 
3. Mention a Real Estate fact you think might help them. Interest rates. Inventory. Days on Market. Prices. New loan program. Etc. (See Monday News you can USE for an idea)
 

I'll bet this results in a Lead today or in the near future.
