Interview Questions.
1/ What goals are you reaching for?
2/ What tools/solutions to reach those goals are you using now?
3/ What is the friction about that solution (what are your top 2-3 problems you face using this solution?)
4/ What could you lose if you stay with a current solution that is not working?
5/ What do you hope to get from a better solution?
6/ How would a better solution result in more ease, more income, more fun, etc?
I have a guess as to your answers.... it would be interesting to test my hypotheses.
