Meet Donna Fleetwood

Donna Fleetwood comes from a 30-year career as a top producing Real Estate Agent in Pennsylvania earning the Re/Max Lifetime achievement award. She retired from Real Estate in 2019 to pursue other interests and life goals.  

Donna is a graduate of the Academy of Coaching Excellence and an NLP Practitioner ( Neuro Linguistic Programming) studying under NLP co-founder Richard Bandler as well as other NLP trainers. Donna has coached Real Estate agents professionally since 2006.  

Donna helps agents, managers, and teams discover who they really are and build their path to success.  

 Donna has had the life-changing experience of empowering entrepreneurs in Afghanistan, Rwanda, El Salvador, and Guatemala with mentoring and business tools for growth through her volunteer work at Bpeace.org ( Business Council for Peace). She has co-authored several sales training manuals for use by business owners in other countries. She is currently the mentor for a young Cambodian leader and scholar who attends Beloit college through the organization www.shecan.global.   

Donna now lives in Santa Fe New Mexico with her partner Michael, her horse River, and her cat Augie.  Her life intentions are to be an effective coach, a successful artist, and a contributor to her community. In her spare time she likes to hike, bike, read, and ride her horse.
