offering help and service to others is natural.
Agents who earn a lot of income know this so well they don't even think about it.
Look at your Lead and Current Clients list.
Write down 3 things those people NEED. Be clear and specific.
Next, see if YOU or someone you know can provide what they need.
Reach out and offer that service.
This may result in moving a Lead FORWARD or getting a REFERRAL from a current lead or client. When we refer others to them, they AND the person you are referring to are BOTH more likely to refer you. Be sure both parties have plenty of your business cards for their wallets.
